A Citizen is some one who is legally recognized as a part of a country. They are either born in that country, or they have immigrated to that country. Every country has a different immigration policy. Vatn allows people to come in only through specific checkpoints. At these check points you get an ID so that officials know what country you came from and who you are. You can become a citizen by having a background check, living here for 3 months, and having someone vouch for you.
